The planning of the 12th edition of the RAA conference includes various actions towards mitigating the impact of this kind of events and fostering a reflection on the issue of ethics and environment.
The choice of fully vegetarian catering is an ethical choice that we feel we can support in order to reduce the event's environmental footprint. Meals will be cooked using organic and local products, supporting a type of agriculture that is good for people and the planet. The food offered is carefully prepared by a social cooperative in Pisa whose aim is to use food preparation as a means of social inclusion.
In line with these values, the collaboration with WOW Nature aims to promote environmental awareness by reducing waste and funding reforestation projects.
