Templates for posters and oral presentations are now available for download. While their use is not mandatory, invited speakers and presenters are encouraged to use these templates to ensure a consistent and professional appearance across the conference materials. Please feel free to download and adapt the templates as needed.
Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentations
Invited oral presentations are allotted a total of 20 minutes, which includes time for questions and discussion. Presenters are advised to prepare a talk of approximately 15–17 minutes, allowing 3–5 minutes for audience questions. Please ensure your slides are clear, concise, and accessible to a broad scientific audience.
Poster Presentations
Posters should be prepared in portrait orientation and sized to A0 (841 mm × 1189 mm / 33.1 in × 46.8 in). Posters will be displayed throughout the conference, and presenters are expected to be available during the designated poster sessions to discuss their work with attendees.
